Hi all, I have been trying to delete a device/devices from my EE wifi but i cannot seem to do it. When i go on the smart hub page i am going to 'My Network' page and then the list of devices appear in a list. I have found the relevent device and clicked on 'Remove' and have pressed save. It still shows as connected and so i tried it with other devices on the list and when i click Remove it does nothing. Ive tried refreshing but that changes nothing.

You can't Remove devices currently connected. These are indicated by being in Green.
Only unconnected devices indicated by being Greyed-out can be Removed. No Save is required; just a yes/no confirmation.

For some reason my EE Smart Router (White FTTP) is not allowing me to even delete the greyed out disconnected devices. I confirm to remove any of the disconnected devices, refresh and they still show. Router reset and factory reset too.

Just found out that the issue is with Google Chrome, as working ok in Edge, but not chrome. Have cleared data etc and reinstalled Chrome, but still the same issue.

Having the same issue and this was the cause for me also. Chrome does not show the button to remove the devices but Edge does.
