Whenever I enter the password for my wifi I get a message either saying its incorrect or cant connect.
I had the same issue with the mobile until I scanned the QR code and so now it's ok, just need to connect the laptop. The Qr code showed the password I was putting in was correct but says its incorrect when I enter manually

I had problems connecting my laptop. Upgraded network card driver and ok now
Different problem as wasn't seeing router in list but might help

Sorry for late reply. I have double checked the password and tried a number of times. I think I'm putting in the right one as it's now just saying I cant connect.
I'm not sure if I can change the password. I'm in a bed sit and the other tenants use it as well. Some of them had the same issue as me but eventually worked for them after a few attempts. I'll speak to my landlord

Hi @Iain-84 Thanks for getting back to me, have you tried rebooting all your equipment including the the Hub and any extenders if you have any?
