I phoned to discuss closing my broadband account but got cut off half way. They now sent me a message saying it will be closed today. There is no way to contact them to tell them not to close it yet. Not until tomorrow morning
@OldFrank there is no account access on here, I recommend ringing first thing in the morning - lines open at 8, and speak to the broadband care team to hopefully resolve your problem
