I have tried for a couple of weeks now and keep getting the same errors when I try login to the app, it tells me to login, set a pin the usual , and then I get smacked with this

So i go to the website, try to login and get smacked with another error.

I finally managed to get online yesterday evening via the website, can't view bills, can't pay billsi eventually gave up ajd had a look at some of the upgrade deals,, I looked at changing my package and it states I am paying for the "home security" currently so my bill will include £37 for that,

as I can't actually view any bills, I don't know what I'm paying for, and I am still unable to pay a bill at this moment in time due to these constant errors.

Any clues on what to do other than "contact EE" ?

Two months ago I signed up for that yet they kept messing me around with the installation date , so I cancelled through them and phoned EE Who told me it was not online on my contract or anything so I shouldn't be charged for it.

If that is the case, why is it showing up as something I am paying for when I go to upgrade, and why is my bill showing as so high each month yet this security isn't showing on my bill? If I hadn't have checked this new upgrade I wouldn't have noticed, I just assumed i had extra charges for things.  I've given up speaking to EE they sent me and themselves around in circles every time I call and I never get an actual legitimate answer.

and here's another of the 50000 issues I have daily.

My second tv box doesn't have Internet yet I still have to pay for it. And reset it...daily.

But hit "back " and boom it works.

I appreciate the lack of help but I have found a way to deal with this and it's apparently quite simple. Contract .
