Would anyone know, when the 14 day cool off clock starts ticking for EE FTTP Broadband ? I ask this as, I got my equipment but my service is still not active.
- OpenReach Engineer came and did internal house work.
-OpenReach Dig team has completed pulling of cables from the road.
- I am still awaiting an engineering to splice the cable outside of the house and finish up the connection.

@Mon25l16 How and where you ordered effects what can/cannot happen and what your entitled to do? Did you not receive terms and conditions etc?
Cooling off period normally starts after the Activation off the product and for the 14 day's
What date where you given for your final part to the install, sometimes problems arise, and have to be dealt with.
