Does anyone please know how i get a cancellation form or is there such a thing? I have ordered broadband but need to cancel my order as I am actually about to move house and I have no access to a phone at the minute...(long story) so cannot call to sort it. Im panicking a bit as my equipment has turned up and the engineer is due to come at the end of the week.....

If your BB hasn't been installed yet you may cancel your order by phoning CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
