Can’t set up WiFi controls

Setting up WiFi controls just hangs on a spinning circle. Tried updating and reinstalling EE app, and restarting router.

Had EE for about 2 years after transfer from BT. Not sure it has ever worked. Just had a new wifi7 pro device delivered and wanted to be able to transfer all my devices rather than start from scratch - which TBH is sounding like the easier option now.

@TenTonnesofDoug That's an option off the switch EE Router from one to the other, but it will require three things to go smooth, 1. Your EE app works, 2. EE have your account side all correct, 3. Your new EE WiFi Pro hub plays ball with the transfer process from the old to the new, and the 4th just hope it all works out when you do it!
