Can't make or receive calls on either landline or mobile (both BT/EE)

Since Friday - no calls in or out though wifi still works. Tech say they can't help because they can't verify the account by pin (because I can't get texts either - though imessage works on my iPhone 5s). Any suggestions?

@DEnright1  have you tried restarting the device ? iMessage uses data be that via Wi-Fi or cellular 

Yes tried twice, no luck. Call failed with wifi.

To be clear, imessage works fine. But I can't make or receive calls, and I can't get text messages from EE (or anyone else). WhatsApp is fine.

You can't make or receive calls on what device?

Are you using WhatsApp over WiFi?
