I have been trying to link my broadband with my mobile account. I have called customer support 3 times now and each time they tell me that they are taking notes and they will get back to me.
i recently changed over from bt broadband to ee and now I don’t have any access to my broadband account . Anyone else having issues with this and if so can you please tell me if you sorted it and how?
