A previous problem has returned. I really don't know why. I can open emails, watch normal TV but any apps like netflix or ITVX will not open. It went on for months and suddenly started working for a few weeks and now stopped again. Any ideas what's wrong?

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

The BB package is the essential full fibre 150 and speed is 100Mbps.
no extender.
Do you want me model number for the router. I'm on my third router.

So what happens when you try to d/load apps? What's the error msg?

All different. ITVX just doesn't open. Netflix states an error code. Argos app states network failure, Tesco app says no internet connection
