I cannot set up a group. Every single time I try in app I get an error saying "can't save group".
I need to block the kids from the WiFi overnight and not being able to add groups is preventing this.

I am sorry you are having an issue setting up your groups. Some troubleshooting we would recommend is to fully logout the app and restart the hub then log back in to try again. Re-installing the app and testing the app on another device to rule out any issues there.
If none of that resolves it I would recommend getting in touch with our technical team so they can check your account and escalate the issue for you if needed.
