Can't activate 12 month free games pass with broadband

I've received a text telling me to click the link to activate my 12 month of free games pass. I click the link and I'm taken to a page to manage my broadband, phone or subscriptions. I can't see any option to add games pass anywhere. Can you please advise?

@astirling Should be under subscriptions, take a look on the link below see if it gives you the idea with the mobile picture.

It’s showing as a £12 option. Even when I try and add it says ‘sorry we couldn’t add this to your basket. Try again later or choose a different way to play’

To anyone struggling for the correct link, this is what you’ll be needing.

Some advice: log out of your EE, and Outlook and Xbox account on your phone when trying to link the Free XBLU subscription.

Hi @astirling 

It certainly shouldn't have added a chargeable add-on. If you give our customer service guides a call, they'll be able to bring up your account to check the add-on and make sure that you do get it for free.
