Does anyone else have the ability to Manage thier Home Phone settings e.g. Call Protect, Voice Mail Settings and Call Waiting.
During the first week of my contract I was able to manage these via the web and via the app.
Since migrating my old phone no to EE this has all stopped working.
I contacted EE who assured me that this would all be fixed by 27th June. I'm still waiting and there appears to be no method for viewing the status of previous fault reporting.
Very frustrated!!!!

I would like to thank JimM11 for his help unfortunately your efforts were in vain as it appears there is currently no solution to my problem and no one else appears to have the same problem.

@GML- When you manage the EE Router with web interface do you use a PC/Laptop through the web manager or is it all done through mobile device? Do not use DV gave up landline phone so option greyed out for me.

Hi JimM11 I use mobile and PC/Laptop web interfaces all give me the same problems.

That is why I have moved my phone away from EE. I use my own router which allows me to configure the phone settings to my liking.
If you want to use your own router with your EE phone I suggest you contact ofcom and explain that EE are preventing you from using your own equipment. Then go on to suggest that ofcom may want to consider updating their regulations regarding VoiP phones.
