hi support,
Since I am switched to EE bb / sim from other carrier. one month ago.
So, now, I want to link the BB to see the bill, doesn't work. Due to when I link to my broadband , after inputted the account number, then will pop up to input the eSim phone number - pop up is ****last four temp eSim number? (This is not make sense, due to I have ready switched to my old phone number, temp eSim number is invalid ready) .
So thats why I am wondering is it this reason, if try to link to Local Sim/ eSim also failure!!!!!

Normally you can go to Profile in the top right corner of the app, then Personal Details and you should be able to edit the number there. The issue you will encounter is it tries to verify the current number.
The following instructions are available if you cannot access this number:
Customer Services should be able to update the contact number for you.

every I updated my phone number in "Personal details" yesterday. Now it's same when I try to linked my BB device, see attached photo. Still showing the invalid temp eSim number. I am wondering is it the only way is go into far a way shop, request help. This is very waste time. 😞
