I’ve had to wire one of my EE discs due to the distance of it which has immediately fixed my issue. However, I wondered if there was any issue with wiring all 3 of my discs via Ethernet? My plan would be to use one port on my router with a small switch which connects to each disc over rj45 sockets and trucking (we’ve got an extension being build so this could be wired in the walls). Are there any limitations to using all 3 over Ethernet? I saw a comment recently that it halves the bandwidth on each disc, and only one port on the router can be used? Just need some clarification thanks

@Aukeylux None of the devices for smart wi-fi or hybrid need to be connected by ethernet it is a choice and can be the best and most efficient way for less issue's. Your hybrid does not need to be connected by ethernet, it's standby feature that you may never use as you say anyway. Have attached the help link should you require it for the hybrid. HTH

Similar situation to the Wi-Fi, wasn’t connecting correctly despite being next to the router. Plugging it in was the only was I got a solid aqua light. I’ll take a look at the link you sent as I probably hadn’t set it up right, I followed the basic instructions using WPS. If I get it working successfully over wireless then I’ll utilise it, otherwise it will be a door stop.
Appreciate the responses.
