Can I cancel my old landline contract if I have EE Fibre Plus BB without Landlin

Why have you still got a landline with EE? If you have a landline you must have another EE BB with it. Why didn't you regrade your previous EE BB with Home Phone to EE Fibre Plus BB without Landline that you have now?
