Can EE FTTP run well with the Ubiquiti UniFi Dream Machine?

I’m moving from BT to EE (better deal),

I would just like to first check that EE FTTP runs with the Ubiquiti Dream Machine Router?

Practically any router with an Ethernet WAN port will run on FTTP.

I believe you should just need an ethernet port directly from the ONT to the Dream Machine.  The dream machine will do all the work resolving your connection / IP with EE.
