Bt digital voice

Just switched over from BT to EE. With Bt you could import and export contact phone lists by logging on to the hub. EE only seems to have an import choice. Export is needed so that any changes you add to the phone numbers and contacts can be saved to a computer for future use. If that cannot be done all the data is lost if you have to reset the system. Or am I missing something.

Same thing has happend to my phone. Luckily I have my contacts on my mobile otherwise all would be lost. Can anyone from EE sort this problem out?

I have the same problem!

Now on my 3rd EE Hub due to all sorts of problems, luckily when I changed from the BT Smart hub I had the option of exporting my numbers which, thankfully, I did.  However, since then I've added several other numbers and its a pain having to add these in everytime I get a new hub.  We had an Engineer from BT here and when I mentoned it to him all I got was a reply of ' sorry mate, I can't do anything for you'.

If anyone from the EE development teams ever read these replies may I suggest that you look into reinstating the option to export 'Contacts'  so that its easy to sort when you replace my hub, or is this just a cynical ploy to try to keep our custom by making it difficult to change?

@PWMM No feedback will probably happen, more of an issue is WHY are you having to change the router so often?

So are there hub/routers!!!!!!!
