Having changed over to EE from Plusnet I cannot access my bills

@TedBroadband Why not, EE is billing you and there are quite a few off the PN Customers with account access problems.

Now not sure if it is email bill to you that it is ready, the app does not show you, or you just cannot see it when you access your account that has everything available when working.... If you need it checked you have to call EE CS and have someone take the look see what is going on!
