I have had no Internet connection for over 24 hours and router is flashing green. Can't seem to find how to report a fault any suggestions?)

Have you tried switching the router off and on?

Yes have turned off overnight and still flashing green

Or just ring 0800 079 8586 option 3.

EE have told me there is a fault in my area and will not be fixed until approximately 17 April which is not very good service as I work from home and need connection.
