Broadband

It has now been over 10 days since my broadband was due to be activated, and I am still without Wi-Fi or broadband service. During this time, I have contacted your customer service team on numerous occasions, spending significant time trying to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, no one has been able to provide a satisfactory solution.

I was eventually informed that the only way to fix the problem was to cancel my existing broadband order and place a new one. However, I was then told that EE could not guarantee or honour the original promotional price that I had agreed to when placing my order. I was also advised to wait four more days before calling back to place a new order, with no assurance that I would receive the same deal.

This is completely unacceptable. The failure to activate my broadband is due to EE's error, and I should not be financially disadvantaged or risk losing the original offer because of a problem that is entirely outside of my control.

In addition, I was promised a callback from your team to resolve this matter, but no one has contacted me. Instead, I have had to repeatedly call EE myself for over 10 days, only to receive conflicting information and no resolution

No satisfactory solution, but have you been given a satisfactory explanation?

@Dedar12 You did not per chance order with on off those broadband assist sites that had the stupid pricing offers?

No from the official EE shop in Swansea

@Dedar12 You need that official EE Shop in Swansea to sort it all out for you then, @XRaySpeX has posted the checker for you to look at, once done post the info back up obscuring any personal info for your Home Address that is best!
