we bought the EE broadband around July last year have had no problems with it until the end of last month till now, every time we leave and then come back it doesn’t connect I have to go and put the password in again, it’s disconnects from the tv and doesn’t reconnect until I unplug the wifi and plug it back in, spoke to the robot chat on here and did everything it has said and still nothing has changed any suggestions? TIA

@xlb27x Are you aware of the current FW update that is messing with two off the EE hubs currently the 6Plus and the 7Pro versions?
