Just payed a late bill and the office hours aren’t open so does anybody know how long it will take till my wifi comes back on? Normally comes back on straight away but been waiting about an hour? Can anyone help

@Shaun160 Nothing the Forum can do for you apart from advise the time scale, payment processed then EE turns it back on, as you say normally quickly but anything up to 24 hours after clearing the payment.

Hi @Shaun160 Some great advice there from @JimM11 

Your service should reconnect automatically, but if you have any questions or concerns, I'd recommend giving our broadband team a call on 150 from an EE phone or 0330 123 1105 from any other phone
