Broadband super slow 10mbps max

How do EE get away with this dreadful service? EE currently charge me £60 a month for terrible broadband that rarely gets above 12mbps.  Currently it’s. 8mbps.  I have a landline that doesn’t work which is costing money.  I have complained because my wife was clearly missold full fibre on a phone call that was not disclosed to the toothless ombudsman.  Cancellation notice given well within the 14 days yet we still have a 24 month contact with these EE leaches for £60 a month.  Unbelievable rude and illegally behaving EE customer service.  What’s my next move?

Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router do you have (read its label or post a pix)?

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Full works fibre 36 which costs me £59.36 per month.  This was missold on a phone call and cancelled within 14 days but  Nicki refuses to disclose the phone conversation because it would highlight this misleading and miss selling.  Another 14 months of this pitiful service

If you cancelled within 14 days, how come you've still got it? Doesn't matter what was said in any phone call. Your statutory rights of cancellation don't require you to give any reason or justification.

Doesn't sound like Full Fibre!

Tell me about it’s so stressful to deal with. Nicci stitched us up.  Ee can’t be contacted.  Cancellation was by phone to which nicci says doesn’t count

By phone to EE customer services? That's the only way to do a cancellation so it's strange they wouldn't have honoured it as all calls are recorded. Did you try escalate the complaint?

Can’t get anywhere with EE **bleep** THE LOT OF THEM

Escalated all the way to that Nicci *****.  You the end on Trustpilot placating everyone verifying the poor service. EE will be at the centre of a massive scandal misleading, overcharging no customer service
