How do EE get away with this dreadful service? EE currently charge me £60 a month for terrible broadband that rarely gets above 12mbps. Currently it’s. 8mbps. I have a landline that doesn’t work which is costing money. I have complained because my wife was clearly missold full fibre on a phone call that was not disclosed to the toothless ombudsman. Cancellation notice given well within the 14 days yet we still have a 24 month contact with these EE leaches for £60 a month. Unbelievable rude and illegally behaving EE customer service. What’s my next move?

Trouble is the customer service complaint team dont give a toss. How is it right a contract is entered for fibre 36 and some confusing phone calls, broken promises, cancellations, complaints still end up paying £60 a month for this. Is anyone else paying £60 a month for fibre 36?
