Broadband outage in Andover

There is a broadband outage in Andover and I can’t find anyway if greying any updates or the estimated time it will be fixed.All I get is this message:

We can’t check our broadband network right now

There’s a problem with this service. Try again later.

this has been going on since yesterday afternoon.

in addition I cannot find anywhere to report the problem online. 


make reporting easeier and seeing what the status of an outage is currently.
