Every day since last week Internet is not working at all. I've tried to restart the hub a lot of times.
Does anyone had this issue during the last few days ?

There are no diagnostics you or I can do when you don't have a landline no. You will need to report this fault to CS in the a.m.

Welcome to EE's Home Broadband Forum.
It's immaterial whether others have had similar issues. It is probably an issue with your specific line.
Have you just joined EE BB or were you already with EE BB?
What lights are showing on the router?
What does it say after you log into the router:
Obscure your names & any digits in the BB Username but post the 1st 2 parts of the IP addy. This will tell us at which stage EE have got to.
Is this for ADSL BB or Fibre? Which router, BrightBox 1 or 2 or Smart Hub?
Does the landline phone work? Do you get a dial tone? Does it announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?

I've joined EE 2 years ago. I see yellow light flashing.
It says "Connection status : not connected".
It's for ADSL BB, Smart Hub
I don't have a phone so I can't test the tone

I doubt you have ADSL BB. You don't get an EE SH with ADSL.
Is it just that you don't have a landline handset or did you buy from EE Fibre w/out Landline?
