Hi All,
I've been waiting months for EE to resolve my issue, so I've recently purchased a property and wanted EE broadband in it. Ordered original order through the app and had to get a new order made up due to openreach issue, I've contacted them twice relating to this I can't make a payment as I can see it on the app or desktop website, I think it's something to do with linked accounts does anyone have the same experience?

@dave2771 If you cannot see the account then call EE CS and get to accounts and billing, where you will be able to make any payment that you need.
