Hi,
Ive had broadband now for almost 2 years, rung multiple times and been told it’s being ‘sorted’ and still not.
I get my bills to my email, of which I have an account yet I can’t view them and my broadband account doesn’t show on my account.
Any ideas?

They are still claiming they have technical issues linking the accounts. I'm currently going through the same problem. Just make sure you have a complaint open with them and you can then take it further if it's not corrected in a certain amount of time
