Since joining EE, apparently the best network for 11 years, I have had nothing but issues with the broadband signal.
TV constantly drops out and freezes, web serving i get constant buffeting and spinning wheel issues and as its all linked my phone service is then not available to contact them to tell them.
I've phoned numerous times, get the same old rubbish of automated responses and sometimes i get a call back and get told "we've switched you to another channel that should cure it"
I've seriously had enough of it now and if it continues i'm cancelling EE and moving again. Joke of a company and a joke of a service.
Is there a proper number i can call to actually speak to someone that actually cares?

@Cromercrab Your issue being broadband isn’t the award that EE gets for being the best network as that’s mobile network. When you call customer support don’t select option one and listen to the other options given.
Is your TV box connected via wifi or Ethernet
