My broadband is down. It says give it 5 minutes to connect and reboot machine. Yet I am still not connected and I cannot get through to customer service by phone

Is your phone line working? Are you able to call 17070 option 2 - is the line quiet?
Why are you not able to call the Broadband Support team?
