Broadband hub

I was restricted yesterday. I paid my bill around 9pm. It has now gone past 24 hours and I’m still not connected anyone had this problem? What was the outcome? I have also tried to restart the hub

@Kee97 Just post back when you know that the broadband is back online!

Well it’s still not active I will be finding another option of better broadband for better deals rubbish service I pray I get a refund.

@Kee97 As long as you are out of contract period, then you should get the refund, sometime after you have changed to the other isp.

I have raised it with my bank. I used to be with sky and they were just a tad better soon as I paid my box was straight on no matter day or time. Will be calling them this morning.

@Kee97 Different companies, different ways of doing business, but more than likely banking delay's and/or possible operational issue's either/both. Good luck with it all.👍
