Broadband failure

Broadband failed twice now new hubs. Reported last failure 17/8/24, guide couldn’t fix 28/8/24. Engineer 23/8/24 couldn’t fix. Another new hub ordered. Open reach engineer due 30/8/24. So no service ongoing. Yet am receiving text and emails to say issue resolved. I feel this is falsifying my record to affect compensation payments. Have reported by telephone and via web complaint form.

@SueFC Are you just suppling this information to the forum, or looking for someone from EE for assistance?

Both really. You can't email EE. I have reported this via telephone this am yet following that call to say was unhappy re text content suggesting resolution I received an email saying the same. I find this very suspicious and wholly dissatisfying.
So if any EE senior people monitor this forum then let's hope they get the feedback and look to change their, imho, inappropriate practice

@SueFC   you don't really say what the issues are and seem to have dates mixed up.

Is it your complete broadband or just WiFi issues?

Do you have a telephone service, if so is it working?
