my broadband is down and on the fault checker it says that the fault will be resolved on the 11th of October 2023. How is that gonna work then?!! And why can you not speak to anyone anymore?

I’m using the check faults system today 30 July 2025 and being Told that the issue will be resolved by 6 am on the 11th of October 2023….

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

You can’t actually speak to anyone- press the option to speak to someone then just get you into this frustrating and unending text message route

As I’ve already said you can’t actually get to speak to anyone with that phone number you just end up in a text message loop

They seem to have swapped the options around. Try Opt 1. It just worked for me to speak to someone.
