Hi, I got a broadband connection a couple days ago from the store for £59.99 but the price on the website is a lot cheaper (£47.99) for the same product. I rang 150 but they insist that £59.99 is the best deal they have and they cannot see the prices I can see on the website? How can I get the cheaper deal? Do I need to cancel and get a new connection? Thanks.

@urai : Which EE BB plan have you bought?

Full Fibre Gigabit Essentials
900Mbps download speed

I see it @ £46.99 pm on EE Broadband Deals . Have you taken Digital Home Phone with it? That would be extra.
Query the price with CS.

Thanks!
No extras, just the broadband by itself.
Strange that the customer support team are saying that they cannot see the £46.99 on their system but I can see it on my side (and so can you it seems).

Personally, if it hasn't been installed yet I would cancel it with the store & order it again online. You get no statutory cooling-off period with instore orders but you can cancel before it's implemented.

It's was installed yesterday so I wonder if cancelling means sending the device back and getting it redelivered to get a new connection. Would you know?

It's not the router that installs the connection but the plan set up & installed by EE.
I've just read the T&C's for EE New BB on this point & I think you may have a 14-day cooling-off period from install.
