All routers supplied by EE could be called "EE boxes" but they each have a specific model name. Read the label on it or post an image of your router.

@Woodturner21 we don't seem to be getting very far here. Have you seen and followed the steps in the Help pages below?
This is not customers services, the forum has no account access, mostly it is fellow customers responding and no one has any idea what you have or what issues you are having.
