Broadband bill

Every **bleep**ing month I receive and email from EE that say my Broadband bill is ready for viewing. I click the "View Broadband bill" link on the email and ever **bleep**ing time it takes me to the Mobile bill. I consequently spend the next twenty minutes trying to find my Broadband bill, usually giving up in frustration having no found it. Why , o why can't EE point the **bleep**ing link on the email to the Broadband bill? Do they ever check how crap their web pages are and frustrating they are to the customers?

@liverpudd Your Account ID is not linked correctly to see mobile and broadband as an all, that is the reason it takes you to your account so need to get the broadband linked correctly!

I just received an email saying you had responded. The email had a reply link which I presed and responded with :

I repeat, EE sent me an email with a link that said, "View My Broadband bill". Following this link takes me to my EE Mobile bill. I am doing nothing wrong, only following the instructions in the email that EE sent to view my Broadband bill. Are EE deliberately trying to stop customers seeing their broadnband bills? It seems that way to me.

This bounced both times when I tried. I had to log onto the EE website to respond to you.

EE don't stop me seeing my BB bills, but then I don't click on links in emails. They can easily be spoofed. I just go to my online EE a/c > Manage my BB > Bills & payments.
