Disgusted with EE at the moment my broadband and landline keep dropping out like 6 times a day. Done all the usual, even rang EE who tell me no faults found and have rebooted my router twice when I try to speak to someone there is always an 1 or more wait. I  need my landline and need  my laptop I live rurally am 69 and need to know I have access to both. This only started to happen a week ago, until then fine. Oddly enough when I rand the BT 0800 fault line last week they said there was a fault detected on my line and someone would  come out within 48 hrs - no one did. So where has this fault that EE now say does not exist gone as my line is almost unusuable.

@coldun  That’s thousands, not the millions of customers who don’t have problems.    And  once again websites like trustpilot only pulling people who want to make a negative review.   Because otherwise they’ll be millions of positive reviews on trustpilot or any other similar website.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thank you I rang the BT fault line again last night they did their line check and yes there is a fault on my line - which is what they said last time. Again told 48 to come out and fix they did not come out last time so wait and see.

Thank You much appreciated.
