How do I login to my broadband account? I ended my ee mobile contract a few months ago (switched to sim only with another provider), when I login to "my ee", it's showing everything as closed, I can't find the broadband account. We are still getting broadband, and paying for it, so I'd like to check the account and contract, but can't find it anywhere! Help! 🙂

Did you ask for your My EE Account to be closed?
Is there an option there to switch to another product?

Hi Jon, no I just closed down my mobile account. Didn't ask them to do anything with the broadband account. I don't know if I can switch to another broadband product - I was hoping I could login to my account and check 🙂 except there is nothing showing relating to Broadband when I login to my account.... very confused!

I'd recommend contacting our Broadband Care team so they can check your account and help you get it set back up for your broadband.

@Clairlybel100 : When you look at your online MyEE dashboard like so:
does it say at the bottom of the "My EE BB" tile "> Manage" or "> Add Home BB"?
