Tried looking for info on renewing my broadband account but site says “Something went wrong, it’s our fault” “Call us.” Now it looks like something has been placed in a basket, which I cannot access due to the above message appearing.
Don’t want to ring number in case it’s a scam, or if not a scam don’t like talking on the phone and getting bamboozeled with details that I cannot look at beforehand and check that they are correct during the call.
How can I access this basket, etc, and cancel its contents so I don’t get charged for something I know nothing about

Why should it be a scam if the phone no. came out of the EE BB site? If you don't trust it, call CS on the Freephone no. (Opt 3) in my sig.
