I have been with EE for years. I'm sure in the past there was an option to chose whether you wanted to look at your mobile phone or broadband bill on the account page, but now all I get is my mobile. I've just had my broadband upgraded, EE have sent me an email with links to the account so i can see my broadband bill. The only thing I can see is my mobile phone bill. There is NO link to broadband and i can only contact them by phone! No email, no live chat! No link to my broadband bill! How do I find it? And why is it not more readily available?

On the Home page of your online MyEE do you not see:
with the R box for Manage Mobile Products, but I have none on this a/c.

If you open the EE app and scroll down, do you see the 'add a product' section?

I thought this was for things like smart watches etc. So I tried it and it seemed to work, but when I shut down the app and went back in, there is no option to switch to broadband on the page. Do I have to add the product every time?

No, you don't! Are you looking at the Home page on your online MyEE?
