Good afternoon.
I recently entered into a 24 month contract in January for Gigafast broadband including boosters and hybrid connect, I am paying £74 per month however it looks like new customers can get the same for around £57 on the new Black Friday - is there a reason that as an existing customer we are unable to resign up for these deals. Sky are offering there Black Friday deals to new and existing customers, feels like really poor customer service ??

Yes, you committed in Jan. to paying the agreed rate, £74 pm, for the duration of the contract of at least 2 years. EE's Black Friday promotion is is aimed in roping in new fresh users, not existing users like you.
I can see in the shops today Black Friday offers for goods I've already bought at a higher price. I do not expect to take my stuff back & get the same item back for less money.

Just to add to that which @XRaySpeX has mentioned - when they say to "existing customers" that would be customers who are either at the end of or outside of their contracted minimum term and wish to sign up to a new 24 month deal, or those on lower packages looking to upgrade (increasing their monthly spend with the provider).
There is no world where a provider would allow a customer within a contracted term to go down in monthly spend unless something went badly wrong somewhere with their service and it was offered as a remedy or if it was a limited time discount deal (for example: x months half price, then £xx.xx per month) which would likely still result in a higher monthly cost than their current deal after the discount period.
If you were on a lower plan or coming to the end of/outside of your minimum term you would almost certainly be able to access this deal or something close to it on renewal.
