Broadband Billing

I am unable to connect my broadband account to my EE account. Every time I put in the "billing account number" (the number on the bill) it says not recognised, yet I have a bill that needs to be paid and I want to cancel our contract.

We do not have an EE phone so I do not have a phone number. When I ring customer service, it wants me to "enter the number you want to talk about" but I don't have one!!

Any idea how this can be resolved?

@Sgardner40 When you contact EE the options would be best as 2, 1, 1, 5 but do listen to the prompts. Should not ask about any number as going to BB billing, accounts and speak to a guide.

Basic link is below just click what you need and you will get to the correct required option.

Thanks @JimM111 but every phone number I ring asks me to "press 1 for mobile and 2 for broadband" I press 2 for broadband and then it asks me to "put in the number you would like to talk about" which of course I do not have.

@Sgardner40 Have you tried the 0800 079 8586 free phone number, does sound like your option 1/2 is only setting out 1 no matter what and then asking you for the mobile number to talk about. It is all part of the BOT security.
