Broadband BT migrated to EE

Hi

I recently migrated from BT to EE. It was part of a package where I updated my mobile phone as well. However, on my EE log in, it doesn't show I am using EE Broadband and therefore I don't have (or can't find) my EE number. As part of my new package, I had TNT Sports included. However, I have no idea how I am supposed to get this. I have installed the Smart box to my TV but it asks me to upgrade when I select any of the TNT sports channel. Could some explain 1) How I can check that I have migrated and subsequent monthly charge and 2) How I access my upgrade to TNT Sports?

Thanks

@npkrec Have a look and see if any of this helps.

Hi

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, it is not showing up. The only plans I have are connected to mobile (I tunes - but don't know how to access that as I have iTunes already on my phone which is already linked to my Apple ID). There are no plans connected to my broadband as according to BT (I logged in to my BT page) they are still my provider. 150 EE is over an hour wait.

@npkrec If you are still a BT customer, then you have not migrated to EE yet, everything is down to BT.

Ok. I just assumed that that would be done automatically when I signed up the other day. My bill is at the end of the month. Do you think the migration will happen after that?

@npkrec I would keep an eye on e-mails etc, EE should notify you when the BT - EE migration is happening, you normally get the welcome to EE e-mail, and this should have your new EE account number, mobile is separate from broadband, and this all depends on BT moving you to the EE platform.
