@Audf How are you trying to get them, if online then will be accessible via your account, if paper there is an extra charge to pay that way. Linked below for the Home Broadband version that may help you.

Do you receive texts or emails saying your bill is ready? Do you follow on from them? Have you linked your BB to your a/c?
