Can someone advise me of an email address for EE bills payment department. I paid by debit card online on 7th December & again on 28th December. EE is saying I have not paid 7th December…..I want to send a bank statement as proof showing clearly I have paid? I cannot ring them as phone is playing up!

@Nebakaneezer You’ll have to call customer services from a different device there is no email address you can use.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
