Hello, I have been a customer for two months and I was supposed to pay 29.99 for the Internet and I pay 36.99, this is not what I agreed on.

Have you looked at the detailed section on your bill? Do you have any extra services added?
Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm
Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm
