I did not at the start of my broadband account sign a direct debit. So I want you to send me a copy of my current bill

You should receive texts &/or emails telling you your bill is ready & you may view your bills thro' your EE a/c.

I'm not sure of the connexion between not having a direct debit and not getting a bill, but when signed in have you tried:
