Hi I had a message to say my bill is ready to view I am new to ee TV and broadband but when I log in to the app or my account it does not show anything about a bill or my account etc anyone know what I need to do thanks

Did you try the option to link this in the Manage section of the app like @Leanne_T mentioned?

Have you linked your BB to your a/c?

BB = Broadband.

In your online a/c go to Manage > Link a product > Broadband customers > Link EE Broadband > Enter your a/c no. which should start with 'GB' & Confirm.

There no Live Chat for BB.
No one will contact you from this user discussion group other than thro' the medium of these forums by posts such as this. Anyway we haven't the faintest idea who you are. You need to phone CS or do it thro' your EE a/c.
