EE don't offer any social tariffs on their BB altho' Ofcom is encouraging ISPs to do so, but BT does. See Ofcom - Cheaper broadband and phone packages
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Will I be charged if I leave EE broadband whilst in a contract to go elsewhere that offers the social tariff???

Thanks but my financial situation has changed since taking out the contract where I will be going down the route of an IVA. So basically I need all the help I can get to reduce outgoings. Obviously I would stay with EE if they offered the social tariff
